GUIDELINES FOR SCHOOL/TOUR GROUPS
Lunches
may be eaten on the side lawn near the greenhouse. In case of
inclement weather, an indoor eating area will be available to
your group. No one will be permitted to eat in the Atrium of the
Jordan Science Center or in The Oakes Museum.
All students
are required to be with their chaperones at all times while at
The Oakes Museum.
We ask that
student groups use the elevators only in cases of physical need
so that those that require the assistance of the elevator may
use it in a timely manner.
Students
may not chew gum inside the Museum or on Museum grounds.
GUIDELINES
FOR BUS DRIVERS
Follow instructions given by museum staff prior to arrival for bus drop-off location. A campus
map is available.
Bus
parking is permitted only at parking lot "P". To get
there, turn right as you leave the Jordan parking lot to the first
stop sign (sewage treatment plant is straight ahead). Turn right
and after the second stop sign, turn left, cross the covered bridge,
and park. DO NOT park anywhere else on campus. All other parking
spaces are assigned to faculty/staff and commuters. There are
no exceptions!
