Annual Registration Fee: $40.00

Employee Extended Care with Lab School
(2 years 9 months - 5 years)

Full Time:

(M-F) = $712.00/month

Part Time:

2 days/week (T-Th) = $334.00/month

3 days/week (M-W-F) = $499.00/month

Drop-in = $41.00/day

The Extended Care with Lab School Program will include half day in a Lab School classroom followed by continued programming in the Extended Care classroom. This program is available to children of Messiah College employees ages 2 years 9 months through 5 years old. Employees have the option of enrolling for the academic year (9 mo.) or year round (12 mo.). Exceptions to enrollment options can be made at the director's discretion.

Employee Child Care (Infant - 2 years 9 months)

Full Time:

(M-F) $800.00/month

Part Time:

2 days/week (T-Th) = $375.00/month

3 days/week (M-W-F) = $562.00/month

Drop-in = $41.00/day

The Employee Child Care Program is for children that are not yet of preschool age (ages 2 years 9 months and under at the start of the fall semester). Movement of children and tuition rate adjustments from the Child Care class to the Extended Care with Lab School program will occur at the beginning of the spring or fall semester as space is available. Exceptions to enrollment options can be made at the director's discretion.

Billing
Billing and payments are handled at the Early Learning Center. An account will be set up for you and billing will occur monthly. Account related questions can be directed to the Center’s Administrative Assistant at 796-5043.

Employee Discount
The Messiah College employee discount has been factored into tuition rates for child care.
5% will be deducted from tuition for children of Messiah College employees that attend Lab School Only.

Sibling Discount
5% will be deducted from the lower tuition rate(s).

Child Care Network
The Early Learning Center participates with Child Care Network, a resource and referral service for families in need of financial assistance. Call 1-800-358-8725 to determine if you qualify.

Drop-in Care
Dependant upon availability, drop-in care for employee children enrolled in the ELC child care program on a part-time basis is available at the standard day rate of $40.00 for a full day and $28.00 for a half day. Payment for a drop-in day is due on the day of the drop-in. Please call a minimum of 24 hours in advance to arrange for a drop-in day.
