Goals and Objectives
The Council for Christian Colleges and Universities mission is to prepare students "academically and creatively for potential careers in the music industry . . . the program seeks to develop artists and music executives with a Christ-centered vision for music content, production, and delivery."

Requirements
Students must have completed two full years of college and have at least a 2.75 GPA to qualify for the program.

Credits
The sixteen credits earned may meet general education or major requirements. Courses taken will appear on Messiah transcripts with letter grades. Please refer to the grade conversion chart. Students should register for:

Faith, Music and Culture (3) Inside the Music Industry (3) Practicum (1)

in addition to courses within their Track.
Artist Track:

Essentials of Songwriting (3) Studio Recording(3) Performance (3)

Executive Track:

Artist Management (3) Artists and Repertoire (3) Music Marketing and Sales (3)

Costs: 2008 - 2009
Messiah College Tuition, Messiah room and full meal plan fees, and $950 off-campus study fee.

Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from Martha's Vineyard.
