Non-Degree Seeking Applicant

You do not need to be on a degree completion track to enroll in Messiah’s master's in counseling program. You may to take up to nine credits in the program without declaring a particular track. Students who need particular courses to prepare them for licensure will also be allowed to take the courses they need with permission from the director of the program.

If you are interested in pursuing courses for a certificate in advanced graduate studies (CAGS), personal enrichment, Act 48 credit, transfer credit, audit, or to meet licensing requirements, you should indicate your intensions on the application form.
