CONFERENCE FEES
Conference fee includes:

  • double occupancy lodging in a residence hall for the nights of June 7 – 9
  • meals for June 7 – 10, beginning with the Monday evening banquet and ending with Thursday’s breakfast.

HOUSING

Double Residence Hall Room: No additional charge 
Single Residence Hall Room: $60 additional charge
Apartment (2 or 4 residents per apartment) Housing:  $25 additional charge
Commuter Rate (no lodging on campus): $60 reduced rate
     
Optional: Additional housing for Sunday, June 6:  $35
 
Roommate Preference:  We will do our best to accommodate preferences.  Priority will be given to registrants with mutual roommate requests.

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS:
Optional pre-conference Workshops are scheduled for  Monday, June 7 from 1 – 4 p.m. and cost $55, lunch included.

EXCURSIONS:
Excursions are scheduled for Thursday, June 10, following the Commissioning Service.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel a registration and request a refund, a written request must be sent to acsd2010@messiah.edu.
Refund requests received by March 31 will receive a full refund less a $50 service and processing fee.
Refund requests received between April 1 – April 30 will receive a refund equal to 50 percent of the appropriate registration fees.
Refund requests received after April 30, 2010 will not be honored. 
Transfers of registrations will be considered until May 31, 2010.  Please contact acsd2010@messiah.edu for details.
