Changing Password
Users are required by college policy to change their passwords at least once a year (see Password Policy). Remove unwanted Spam Mail from your GroupWise mailbox with SpamAssassin. SpamAssassin gives you greater control over Spam Mail. It's easy to set up and configure. Online Documentation is available to show you how to set up and configure GroupWise prior to using SpamAssassin. Optimize your PowerPoint 2003 files so they require LESS storage space!
You may not be aware, but your Powerpoint files could be taking of a LOT more space than necessary. This can be especially problematic with files saved to your network drive space. By optimizing images in your Powerpoint files, you could reduce the overall file size as much as 95%! If your files are more than a few megabytes in size, chances are they need to be optimized. Please note: Optimization is not required with PowerPoint 2007 files as optimization is done automatically.
