Training Formats ITS offers a variety of software training formats for college employees in the Computer Resource Center located in Frey 138. There you can access "live" instructor led training, self-paced, computer based training (CBT) or self-paced video instruction. The Computer Resource Center can be accessed during normal business hours or by contacting Public Safety after hours. Please note that you should confirm whether the room is in use prior to your visit. Online "PC Skill Building" Don't have the time to leave your work area, but have a few minutes to sharpen your computer skills? ITS has developed a page of Internet sites that offer a number of online skill building exercises. Software Training Schedule ITS offers live, instructor-led software training on a regular basis. Courses are available for beginner and intermediate skill levels. Be sure to check out our latest offerings for the coming month! Departmental Training Request Form Attention supervisors! If you would like to make sure the computing skills among your users is relatively consistent, why not schedule departmental training. Complete the online request form and we will work with you to accommodate the type of training and your schedule.
