Falcon Express hours of operation during the school year are Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., with some hours on weekends and during basketball games.

, located inside the spacious, 35,000 square foot student union, is the place to go for a smoothie, latte, espresso, pizza, wraps, wings, and more! Eat indoors or outdoors on the patio.

The South Side Café is a student planned, owned, and operated business located in the basement of the Mountain View Residence building. The Café serves a variety of ice cream, milkshakes, and other refreshments.
Meal Plans for the 2007-2008 School Year
All students who live in traditional dormitory housing, excluding college apartments, are required to purchase a traditional meal plan. Meal plans are selected by academic status at the beginning of the semester for which the meal plan is being purchased. The meal plan entitles you to eat in the "all-you-care-to-eat" venue of the Lottie Nelson Dining Hall. Your meal plan includes flex dollars which can be used for retail purchases, and guest meals to treat family and friends.
