Lucas Sheaffer
Greetings! My name is Lucas Sheaffer. Thank you so much for taking time to visit Messiah College’s website. As a recent graduate, I can attest to this institution’s formative effects on my intellectual, spiritual and social growth as a human being in an ever smaller world. Through travel abroad, student activities and the English department my education at Messiah occurred both here and abroad, both in the classroom and the residence hall.
Much like books in a library, there is a large number of colleges and universities to choose from. Regardless of where you decide to attend, I strongly encourage you to prayerful consider the educational philosophy and moral direction of the institutions you wish to attend. At Messiah College our emphasis on Christ’s preeminence communicates itself in our service oriented education and our direction towards reconciliation in all areas of life. As a member of a larger Christian and world culture, Messiah offers rigorous academics to prepare students for lives of service and ministry to Christ in all aspects of society and the globe.
