Meal Plan Sign Up Directions – via Housebook

Housebook allows students to make a meal plan preference via the web.

Please note this is your requested meal plan preference and will not become your meal plan assignment until early July, 2008. Housebook will report "N/A" next to Meal Plan Assignment on the Profile screen until the Assignments have been activated and sent to the Business Office. After that date, Housebook will report both your Preference and Assignment on the profile screen.

To Choose a Meal Plan Preference for the first time:

1. Log into MCSquare
2. From the Campus Life Tab, select the Housebook link from either the Student Life Welcome channel or the Dining Services channel.
3. From the main Housebook screen, select My Meal Plan from the left set of links.
4. Click 'select a meal plan'
5. Read and/or Print the Meal Plan Agreement (PDF format)
6. Type – “Yes” in the box
7. Click – “I Agree”
8. Select a Meal Plan from the drop-down list. Only plans you are eligible for will be displayed
9. Click "Choose This Plan"
10. View / Verify Plan Details / Click "This is the plan I want"
11. You're directed back to the Meal Plan profile screen listing your Meal Plan Preference and Meal Plan Assignment.

To Change your Meal Plan Preference:

1. Log into MCSquare
2. From the Campus Life Tab, select the Housebook link from either the Student Life Welcome channel or the Dining Services channel.
3. From the main Housebook screen, select My Meal Plan from the left set of links.
4. Click – “Change Meal Plan Preference”
5. Read / Print the Meal Plan Agreement (PDF)
6. Type – “Yes” to agree
7. Click – “I Agree”
8. Select a Meal Plan from the drop-down list.
9. Only plans you are eligible for will be displayed
10. Click – “Choose This Plan”
11. View / Verify Plan Details / Click "This is the plan I want"
12. You're directed back to the Meal Plan profile screen listing your Meal Plan Preference.
