Michael Warari joins Messiah in 2006 after being a part of the Cornerstone College community in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and enters his first year as an assistant coach. While a student at Cornerstone, Warari participated in two collegiate sports: track and basketball.
Originally from Nairobi, Kenya, Warari received his undergraduate degree from Cornerstone. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Religion, in addition to Business Administration minor. Warari also graduated with a Master's in Divinity degree from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary in May of 2006.
At Messiah, Warari is currently the Resident Director of Miller Hall and the administrator for Fry Apartments.
From the basketball side, Warari assists at all practices and games and also assists in recruiting.
