Coming into her tenth year as assistant coach, Jen Thuma continues to help lead the Falcons. After completing an incredible season and career for the Falcons in 1998, she joined the coaching staff. Thuma finished the 1998 season with a .450 batting average and .594 slugging percentage. She also went 27 for 27 on stolen bases that season.

Thuma has impressive career stats, posting a .454 batting average and a .560 slugging percentage while stealing 92 of 98 bases. Thuma is a two-time All-American and earned all-tournament honors in the 1998 NCAA Divion III College World Series with a tournament batting average of .636.  Thuma continues to share her wealth of knowledge with the Falcon team as the Srength/Conditioning Coach.
