Coach Balsbaugh is in his seventh season with the women's soccer team. He is a 1994 Messiah alum who trained under Coach Frey in the early nineties.

Todd works in his family's insurance business. Todd's experience in the defensive end of the field has been a great influence on Messiah's play and with the players.

Coach Balsbaugh lives in the metropolis of Annville with his wife Nicole and daughter Abigail (8) and son Daniel (3).
