Career Highlights - Summary

11: Posted third straight double digit wins season while placing in two of the teams tournaments...appeared in eight of the team's dual meets.

10: Saw an increased role on the team as a spot starter...finished the season with a winning record highlighted by placing at the Messiah Petrofes Invitational.

09: Solid role player throughout a strong freshmen season.  Season highlights included winning the Messiah Open at 174 and competing in the Empire Conference Championships.

HS: During his prep career he earned 76 wins, was twice All-League, and placed sixth in the tough Section 11 tournament in NY.

Personal

Son of John and Peggy Okerblom...comes from a family tradition of wrestling and also enjoys other sports...plays for Messiah's baseball team as well...favorite Bible verse, "Let another praise you, and not your own mouth; A stranger, and not your own lips." (Proverbs 27:2).
