This year’s Collab theme, Labor in Love, invites us to consider how everything we do can be rooted in love. Rather than serving out of obligation or for recognition, we’re challenged to align our work with God’s love and let that shape how we lead, serve, and relate to others. The theme encourages us to find joy in service and to lead with intentionality and heart, letting love be the foundation of both our daily tasks and our bigger purpose.
