       In order to apply for a place in the program, a deposit of intent of $400.00 must be submitted with the application form by November 20. This deposit will be refunded if the student is not admitted to the program or if the withdrawal is prior to February 1, 2014. Interim payments are required on February 1 and March 1 with the balance to be paid on April 1.
