Most of the exercises at this site now run in Jmol, and in order to use Jmol java must be installed on your computer. There are still a few exercises as well as Protein Explorer that require Chime. If you see a rotating molecule above, you have a functioning copy of Chime and will be able to study these exercises and use Protein Explorer. You can select a particular tutorial by going to the Main Index and selecting the appropriate sub-index.
