Messiah College is partnering with Penn State Harrisburg and Holy Family University in the Partnerships for Teaching and Leadership Excellence grant. The grant trains teacher candidates and cooperating teachers to develop a co-teaching model of student teaching, based on the St. Cloud State Co-Teaching Model. In the first year of the grant, 13 teacher candidates are participating in three local districts.

Messiah College teacher certification students have the opportunity to complete part of their student teaching in an international setting.  Messiah College is partnering with CCTECC, an organization that arranges placements in international schools.  More information about this opportunity is posted on our international opportunities page.
