Personal Statement:
Besides teaching, teaching at Messiah to me means working with inspiring and dedicated students, a wonderful vocation. I am engaged in developing Camp Hope Renewal Center at Nell Farms, 5 miles outside of East Berlin, PA. Part of that work is building a sustainable responsible house out of recycled products, starting with the oak post-and-beam structure of an old barn. The mission of the camp is furthering deep, spiritual community and wilderness therapy.
