Position Description :
One of my main duties is visits to patients, whether at home, nursing home, or hospital. My main duties are providing grief support to patients and their family. Other duties are helping with OOHDNR (Out of Hospital do not resuscitate), referrals to meals on wheels and assisting with funeral arrangements.
Salary Range :
$35,000+ depending on education and experience
