Job Title: Director of Family and Youth Ministries/CFLE

 

Employer: Bare Memorial Church of God, Churches of God General Conference

 

Position Description: Rachel works with youth and their families and is responsible for providing them with the tools necessary to connect with each other and with God. She teaches, counsels, prays, mentors, visits, writes curriculum, develops programs, leads worship, provides resources, and serves on a variety of commissions and leadership positions in her church, within her region, and nationally through her denomination.

 

Salary Range : $ 20,000 - $30,000 as well as benefits

 

Previously Held Positions: She has worked full time in this position since she graduated from Messiah. She has done volunteer work at other churches as well as camps.

 

Courses Found Most Helpful: All of the development classes, and the strategies to put it to use.
