Courses like Family Dynamics, Community Services for Individuals and Families, and Strategies of Family Intervention are helpful in her work as well.

How HDFS Helped to Prepare Her: “The coursework in Human Development and Family Science consists of an educational understanding-a knowledge base, practical application, and preparation for continued professional development. The opportunities afforded to me through the department – out of classroom experience, attendance at national and professional conferences, as well as the opportunity to present at a conference, created a holistic learning experience.”
