The exam is administered by the department during first year orientation for the entire incoming class. Students are assigned a location to take the placement test when they check-in on Thursday of orientation week. Campus maps are provided in order to locate the building. You will have one hour to take the placement test. Once the test is completed all the tests will be scored and you will be sent an e-mail indicating what level language you should register for.
