A: B.A. in Psychology (concentration: biopsychology) from University of Virginia (1995); M.A. in Psychology (concentration: animal learning) from Kent State University (1997); Ph.D. in Psychology (concentration: animal learning) from Kent State University (1999)
Q: What do you teach here at Messiah? A: Biological Basis of Behavior, Sensation and Perception, Intro to Psych, Intro to Social Research, Social Psychology, Statistical Methods in Psychology. Topics courses: Learning and Memory, Comparative Psychology,
Q:What kind of research do you do here at Messiah? or What are you interested in doing for research at Messiah? A: I am interested in how the brain and behavior are researched and represented on the World Wide Web. I am also interested in how students learn concepts in sensation and perception and am working on learning aids for that process.
Q:What are your hobbies? A: Listening to music, pc games, reading, and learning new things about computers.
Q: Tell us about your family. A: My husband, Bill, is into Star Wars a lot! He's from Pittsburgh and is a big Steelers fan. I have two daughters: Julia (2001) and Jasmine (2005). We attend the St. Patrick Cathedral in Harrisburg.
