Social Work Values & EthicsThere are established professional organizations that guide and inform social work practice as well as our curriculum.
First, there are 6 core values of social work as established by the National Association of Social Work (NASW). They are: service, social justice, the importance of human relationships, the dignity and worth of the person, integrity and competency.
