Our Faculty In the visual arts and art history, professors are established artists and scholars and are highly qualified by degree and experience. The art faculty have had their work featured in shows and publications across the country and throughout the world. Our historian has worked in major museums and published extensively. Each faculty member is responsible for developing his or her discipline areas and for mentoring students who study with them. Messiah professors are caring, committed Christians who work to see their students mature academically, spiritually, and personally. Our goal is for our students to develop their gifts, to serve God, and to contribute to the good of our culture.
