A six week group covering stress and coping strategies.
Set aside one hour over the next few weeks to connect and learn from other students and professionals about the topic of stress. Through this group, you can expect to not only discuss stress/stressors, but also ways to cope by using different strategies and techniques.

Honeybees play an important role in maintaining biodiversity - and they provide us with honey! The Office of Sustainability has head coverings available for attendees. There are 20 spots available!
