To connect to other resources in the Central PA region you might consider calling the Contact Helpline at (717) 652-4400.  They are very willing to assist you in getting connected with other resources or just to be a listening ear. Contact Helpline provides Central Pennsylvania residents of Cumberland, Dauphin & Perry Counties with Free, Confidential Listening,  Health and Human Services Information & Referral 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
