Community Partners  


  • The Salvation Army Community Center After School Program: A Big Brothers Big Sisters match site, volunteers will be matched with one child. Volunteers lead club activities and work with the kids to help them grow academically and spiritually.
    Thursday evenings from 3-5pm

 

  • Berry Hill Street Boys and Girls Club Program: This program provides structure and offers a safe meeting place for children. This program is less structured than others and involves activities such as hanging out with kids, playing games, creating arts and crafts, or helping with homework. Students can choose one day to volunteer.
    Monday-Friday (except Tuesdays) from 3:15-6:15pm

  • Amani Bead Project: Create jewelry with young women from Harrisburg schools once a week at the Harrisburg Institute.  Sale of jewelry provides care for children at New Life Homes in Kenya.
    Wednesday evenings from 6:15-9pm
