- The Salvation Army Community Center After School Program:The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination. This is an after-school program where student volunteers are matched with a "little" and spend time with that child within the big group setting at the center. The center provides many great activities for the kids to engage themselves, and they strive to instill Godly principles into the lives of the children. Students can choose one day (Monday - Friday) to volunteer between the hours of 3:00-6:15 p.m. Volunteers are also needed for a basketball mentoring program on Thursday evenings from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
- Berry Hill Street Boys and Girls Club Program: This program provides structure and offers a safe meeting place for children, which appeals to parents, children, and volunteers. This program is less structured than others and involves activities such as hanging out with kids, playing games, creating arts and crafts, or helping with homework. Students can choose one day (Monday - Friday) to volunteer between the hours of 3:00-6:15 p.m.
- Amani Bead Project: Create jewelry with young women from Harrisburg schools once a week at the Harrisburg Institute. Sale of jewelry provides care for children at New Life Homes in Kenya. Wednesdays from 6-9p.
