Individuals interested in serving internationally may embark on an individual service and mission trip. Essentially, this involves the student identifying an agency with whom he or she would like to work, and arranging a service experience.

For those interested in engaging in service in this way, the Agape Center offers a number of opportunities to provide the student with assistance.

 

For instance, students may want to participate in Service-Learning Courses that will not only help to prepare them for their service mission, but will allow for them to qualify for credit, and may even lead to the provision of financial assistance for their trips.

 

In addition, the Agape Center can serve as a reference for grant opportunities and resources. Furthermore, it provides a structured timeline and involves students in a number of activities that will help them to prepare for their mission trips.
