Learn more about missions by meeting representatives, attending alternate chapels, luncheons, cultural dinners. Roughly 30 different organizations will be available on campus to give mission updates and information on how you can be involved in furthering God’s Kingdom. This year’s Mission Awareness Week will be held November 5th – 9.th
We are committed to equipping students, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, for their service and mission experiences. There are many things to learn and many questions to ask before leaving and upon returning to campus. Therefore, in an attempt to provide students with a foundation for asking questions and making the most of their experiences we offer both an Orientation Retreat in the Spring and a Reflection and Reentry Retreat during the Fall. Keep your eyes posted for the dates of these retreats.
The College has ongoing partnerships with many service and mission organizations through which student can get connected with service opportunities in the U.S. and internationally. There are also many opportunities for students to engage in short- or long-term experiences after graduation. Mission Awareness Week provides a great opportunity for students to talk with representatives from several different service and mission organizations. Check out past student experiences to discover a few of the endless opportunites that await you!
