On-Campus Opportunities

• Tutor Elementary and Middle School Students at Orchard Apartments or through Allison Hill Tutoring
• Volunteer as a helper for Sunday school classes or junior church at your local church on Sunday mornings.
• Volunteer with the after-school programs at Center for Champions or Bethesda Youth Center.

Post-Graduate Opportunities:

• Write age-appropriate curriculum for Sunday school classes
• Conduct workshops to train church leaders in elementary education
• Parent help sessions to help parents understand the developmental stages their children are going through as well as the current cultural trends they experience in the public school and how to react to them
• Wycliffe has many opportunities for teachers. Schools range in size from a one-room multi-grade classroom to a K-12 school with over 700 students.
• Wycliffe has itinerant teacher opportunities to work with small groups of children for short periods of time. These teachers have the rare opportunity to live in different village environments as they consult with parents who teach their own children.
