ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE :
On-Campus Opportunities:
- Volunteer at the Oakes Museum , leading school groups and other visitors on their tours.
- Volunteer with Dokimoi Ergatai, a student campus group that applies their academic curriculum to service projects: Staff, Energy, Pump, Water for the World, and Tricycle
- Organize one or more alternate chapels on environmental stewardship, creation, the human body, or health awareness.
- Tutor Elementary and Middle School Students at Orchard Apartments or through Allison Hill Tutoring
Post-Graduate Opportunities:
- Be an active/prophetic voice into the community about creation stewardship
- Be active in an environmental activist organization
- Conduct assemblies for schools regarding environmental stewardship
- Teach creation care in churches
- Work with MCC as a sustainable agriculture consultant
- Work with MCC as a Promoter/Technician of Animal Husbandry. Duties: Put into practice MCC's principles in how to do community development and use the operating principles of nurturing right relationships, caring for God's creation, and building mutual capacity.
