On-Campus Opportunities:

• visit young troubled teens in juvenile prison weekly at Schaffner Youth Detention Center
• Volunteer with special needs adults at the Paxton Ministry Home or Best Buddies
• Promote sexual abstinence until marriage in area schools and youth groups through I’m Worth Waiting For.
• Spend time weekly with residents of Bethany Village, Seidle Hospital and Messiah Village.
• Help prepare and serve food for men and women at Bethesda’s men’s and women’s shelters in Harrisburg, and build relationships with them.
• Serve as the Prison Ministries Outreach coordinator.

Post-Graduate Opportunities:

• Be a group house manager. A group house is a home away from home for Wycliffe members and visitors in another land.
• Wycliffe Anthropologists help translators gain insight and understanding of a culture different from their own.
