5. Have a developmental plan for reaching students over each of their four years at Messiah.

For example, the Internship has a COntextual Learning Network which offers progressively more intense immersion experience in the workplace from years 1 through 4 of college. First and second year students can do Information Interviews and Job Shadowing like this student at the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts.
In the final two years they progress to more intense workplace experiences such as externships and internships. This student consults with staff as part of her internship at the American Lung Association in Harrisburg.
