Propose a Cross-Cultural Course Proposal Deadlines Cross-cultural course proposals must be submitted the year prior to when the course is to be scheduled. For example, proposals for courses offered in J-Term and May-Term 2012 should be submitted in the Fall of 2010 on the following dates, depending on whether it is a new course or a repeating course: All Courses: Cross-Cultural Pre-Approval Form must be submitted by October 1. New Courses: Proposals for all new cross-cultural courses must be submitted by November 1. Repeating Courses: Proposals for repeating a previously approved course must be submitted by December 1.
