Mid-Year Parking Change Request for Resident Students
At the end of the Fall semester IF you want to request a parking lot change for any of the following reasons, you must complete a Mid-Year Parking Change Request for Resident Students here:
Reasons for parking change:
· Plan to be a December graduate
· No longer need a car on campus
· Plan to study off-campus for Spring 2014 semester
· Plan to leave the college at the end of Fall 2013
· Want to try to get a different parking lot (if there are openings)
Deadline for any parking changes is December 6, 2013.
If you are leaving the Grantham campus due to graduation, no longer need a car on campus, plan to study at an off-campus program, or will be leaving the college/withdrawing you MUST return your parking sticker to the Falcon Exchange (ECC 2nd floor) before you leave campus in order to receive any spring parking permit credit. For example:
· If you were charged $110 on your fall bill for the full academic year, but have returned your parking sticker, your student account will reflect a $55 credit. If you don’t return the parking sticker there is no possibility of any credit.
· If you are a commuter and were charged $50 on your fall bill for the full academic year, but have returned your parking sticker, your student account will reflect a $25 credit. If you don’t return the parking sticker there is no possibility of any credit.
Studying at an off-campus program?
We realize that the online parking sign-up process (end of April) may not be possible for students who are studying at off-campus programs, because of internet issues and/or time zone changes. If you will be studying at an off-campus program for Spring 2014, before leaving campus please complete a parking request form for Fall 2014.
o Print out your completed Student Parking Permit Registration form and drop it off at the Falcon Exchange on the second floor of Eisenhower Campus Center before you leave campus.
o Deadline is February 28, 2014. Any Spring 2014 parking requests received in the Falcon Exchange after February 28, 2014 are placed on the waiting list for parking.
If you have any student parking questions, please email Falcon Exchange at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-717-691-6052, or 1-717-766-2511 ext. 7192.
