Flex and Ala Carte Dollar Account

Flex Dollar Accounts provide convenience and dining at various locations. Any student who purchases a traditional meal plan is automatically given a deposit each semester on their Flex Dollar Account.

Flex Dollars can be used in the Lottie Nelson Dining Room, the Falcon Express, the Larsen Union Cafe, and debit equipped vending machines throughout campus. Depositing money to this account can be done at the Business Offfice counter at Old Main or at any Value Transfer Stations (VTS). (Please refer to your Dining Services Meal Plan handbook for exact details.)

Ala Carte Dollars can be used in the Lottie Nelson Dining Room, the Falcon Express, the Larsen Union Cafe, and debit equipped vending machines throughout campus. Note: Flex Dollars do not carry over from semester to semester. Flex Dollars and Ala Carte Dollars are not transferable to Falcon Dollars.

Negative Balances: If the cardholder uses their Falcon Card during a time where there is not enough funds in their Flex Account, the transaction will not be approved. However, due to system problems, the reader can become offline and allow such transactions. This could result in a negative balance. In the event of a shortage, the cardholder agrees to pay the amount owed to their Flex Account.
