Password: Password has been set by employee. If password has been forgotten, follow option 1 or 2 below.
Memorable Word: Memorable word has been set by employee. Enter
only the three characters requested. If forgotten, click the “View Memorable Word
Reminder” link below boxes. This will display the question that was
answered to create the memorable
Locked out of Intellilink
Following three unsuccessful attempts at logging in,
employees will be locked out of the system. If this occurs, there are two options.
Option 1 - IntelliLink can send a new password to an email account
From the “User Login” page, click the “Forgot
Password” link at the bottom of the screen.
Enter Username and click on “Email Password.” The username is the employee’s
complete Messiah College email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
email address and click on “Email Password.”
IntelliLink will email a new password to the
employee’s email address. Copy the
password and then paste it into the “Password” box on the “User Login” screen
to log in.
To reset the password once logged in, click on the "Settings" tab at the top of the page.
Choose "Set Password" from the menu on the left side of the page.
Enter the current password (the one that was just emailed) and then type the desired password twice. Then click the "Save" button.
