Messiah College graduate coursework is a great option for you if you desire to take graduate level coursework for personal enrichment or professional development but are not interested in pursuing a master's degree or certificate. Our non-degree graduate-level courses provide you with the resources to develop skills and abilities that are essential to your continued success and professional goals. Coursework is offered online and in intensive formats to provide convenience and flexibility. You may earn up to 15 credits as a non-degree seeking student in all program areas accept for counseling (see Counselors and State Licensure). After completing 15 non-degree credits, you must apply to a master's degree or pursue a graduate certificate.
Non-degree admissions information
Messiah College accepts non-degree students in all programs except counseling and nursing. The Admissions Office reviews and responds to applications on a rolling basis. Counselors and state licensure
Graduate-level coursework in counseling may be a great option if you already possess a master's degree in counseling yet need additional coursework to satisfy initial state licensure regulations or continuing education requirements. The Messiah College Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS), consists of 12 graduate credits in counseling and can be customized to meet your state's regulations for licensure and your professional goals.
