The media production concentration of the media, culture and
technology major is for students looking to get hands-on experience in the
technical aspects of mass media. In addition to focused study in editing,
newsgathering and production in the classroom and in the College’s newly
updated digital editing suite, you are required to complete at least one
practicum at The Pulse, Messiah’s student-run multimedia hub, and secure an
internship or participate in a senior media lab.
