Software Development Concentration

Computer and information science majors are introduced to the broad discipline of computer and information science as they develop foundational competencies through core courses. To complete the major, students select a specific concentration, including software development. With the software development concentration, you’ll study hardware devices and communication systems used in the specification, design and development of electronic, computer and information-based systems.
