Meet Our Staff
Jackie Gehman, Graduate Enrollment Coordinator
Jackie assists prospective students and applicants with all phases of the graduate admission process. She enjoys sharing information about our programs and helping individuals as they make decisions on graduate school. Jackie is a graduate of Messiah College with a B.S. in Human Resource Management. Prior to her current role, she worked in human services and the health insurance industry as a recruiter, job coach counselor and employee relations representative.
Robert Pepper, Director of Graduate Enrollment and Student Services
Rob coordinates the enrollment and student services for Messiah College graduate students. In addition, he frequently teaches courses in leadership, strategy and higher education. He has served in numerous roles in student affairs including career development, residence life, student activities, new student orientation, academic advising and athletic coaching. His research interests include leadership development, organizational development, retention, the first-year experience, and student involvement. Rob received his Ph.D. in organizational leadership from Regent University.
