In 1960 I came to MIT with almost no beliefs. But in my freshman year I
met some
Christians with hope, peace, and 'something' I did not have. I
found out
that Jesus Christ was there all along waiting for me to turn to Him.
He really did
make a good change in my life. It was something like He said in
John 10:10, "I
have come that you might have life and have it abundantly." I have been
following Christ for many years now and have found a peace and purpose that was totally missing in the rich
life style of my youth. Professionally, my faith has been a source of interest and intellectual growth.

These last few years the evidence seems clearer that there had to be a Creator, a Designer. I have been impressed with the fine tuning argument. John Polkinghorne is now one of my favorite authors and his book Beyond Science is one of my favorite books.
