Information Request

Many people e-mail me regarding exchanging information from my family tree.  I am more than willing to exchange such information.  I only ask one thing from those making the request.  I would like to receive family information from each of you to enter into my database.  Once that is done, then I will share information on your ancestry.  Of course some people will receive more information than others, depending on what name or branch of a name is being requested.  Unfortunately, there may also be some requests where I cannot find a positive link to my database.  If that is the case, I will keep your information on file and contact you at a later date when I find that missing link.

Below is a list (not exhaustive) of items that I would like to receive from you.  Please supply as much of this information as you know for each of the individuals in your line.  This will aid me in linking your family properly.
 

• Name (First, Middle, Last, Suffix) -- include maiden name if married
• Gender (M=Male; F=Female)
• Birthdate (MMDDYYYY)
• Birthplace (City, County, State) -- include hospital name or equivalent location
• Marriage Date (MMDDYYYY)
• Marriage Place (City, County, State) -- include church name or equivalent location
• Deathdate (MMDDYYYY)
• Deathplace (City, County, State)
• Burial Date (MMDDYYYY)
• Burial Place (City, County, State) -- include cemetery name
• Any other information you wish to provide
