Academic Policies
Academic Petitions
Students who find it necessary to request an exception to any academic
policy should secure and complete an Academic Policy Petition form from
the Academic Office. The appeal is then reviewed and acted upon by the
Academic Appeals Committee. The decision of the Academic Appeals
Committee will be communicated to the student in writing and copies will
be distributed to the student's advisor. A copy will also be placed in
the student's file in the Academic Office.
