- OPEN the file / SAVE the file as a PDF file
- CLICK ON “comments” found at the top of the window of the opened PDF
- SELECT “enable for commenting and analysis in Adobe reader” which is about half way down on the menu.
- This allows even those who only have Adobe Reader /don’t have Acrobat Professional version to “Comment” (make revisions to the PDF using sticky notes etc.)
- RESAVE the originally saved PDF file
- CLOSE the PDF
