Diversity Strategic Plan (DSP)
Messiah College’s first Diversity Strategic Plan flows out of the College’s strategic plan (2008-2012) and aims to make diversity central to institutional life. The plan seeks to create the governance structure needed to administer it. It also seeks to cover the areas of recruitment and retention, curricular development, campus climate, and external relations. The College’s first Diversity Strategic Plan was passed by College governance in January 2011. The second Diversity Strategic Plan was developed in 2014.
