Housing Options

First Year Halls

  • Bittner— A co-ed residence hall housing approximately 180 students. Bittner is reserved for first years, and is located within the South Complex (Bittner, Sollenberger & Mountain View). It shares a computer lab, recreation room, laundry rooms, TV lounges and a large yard that is referred to by students as the "Bittner Beach". All rooms have cable TV and Internet connections as well as carpet and air-conditioning.  In addition, each floor has a lounge, public kitchen and private study rooms.
  • WitmerA co-ed residence hall housing approximately 305 students. Witmer is reserved for first year and transfer students, and is located on the south side of campus next to Mellinger Apartments. It has a recreation room, dance studio, laundry room, study rooms and TV lounge. All rooms have cable TV and Internet connections as well as carpet and air-conditioning.  In addition, each floor has a lounge and public kitchen. Witmer was recently renovated in summer of 2018.
  • NaugleA co-ed residence hall housing approximately 275 students. Naugle is reserved for first year students, and is located on the north side of campus next to Fry Apartments and across the street from Miller Residence Hall. It has a recreation room, laundry room, and TV lounge. All rooms have cable TV and Internet connections as well as carpet and air-conditioning.  In addition, each floor has a lounge, public kitchen and private study rooms.

Upper Class Halls

  • Hess — A co-ed residence hall housing approximately 135 students. Hess is reserved for upperclass students, and is located within the North Complex (Miller, Grantham & Hess) and is directly across the street from Fry apartments. The lower level houses a computer lab. All rooms have cable TV and Internet connections as well as carpet and air-conditioning.  In addition, each floor has a lounge, public kitchen and private study rooms.
  • GranthamA co-ed residence hall housing approximately 200 students. Grantham is reserved for upperclass students and is located within the North Complex (Grantham, Hess, Miller). It has a recreation room, large main lounge, and television lofts. All rooms have cable TV and Internet connections as well as carpet and air-conditioning.  In addition, each floor has a lounge, public kitchen and private study rooms.
  • MillerA co-ed residence hall housing approximately 135 students. Miller is reserved for upperclass students, and is located within the North Complex (Grantham, Hess, Miller) and across the street from Naugle Residence and Fry Apartments. All rooms have cable TV and Internet connections as well as carpet and air-conditioning.  In addition, each floor has a lounge, public kitchen and private study rooms.
  • Mountain ViewA co-ed residence hall housing approximately 210 students. Mountain View is reserved for upperclass students, and is located within the South Complex (Bittner, Mountain View, Sollenberger). Mountain View is the newest residence hall built on campus, and features the Mountain View lounge and Communter lounge in the basement. All rooms have cable TV and Internet connections as well as carpet and air-conditioning.  In addition, each floor has a lounge, public kitchen and private study rooms.
  • Sollenberger — An co-ed residence hall housing approximately 180 students. Sollenberger is reserved for upperclass students, and is located within the South Complex (Bittner, Mountain View and Sollenberger). The lower level houses a computer lab, TV lounge, and billiard room. All rooms have cable TV and Internet connections as well as carpet and air-conditioning.  In addition, each floor has a lounge, public kitchen and private study rooms.

Apartments

  • Fry — Fry is an apartment-style residence complex that houses about 220 upperclass students in its 52 one-bedrooms and two-bedroom apartments. Fry was renovated during the summers of 2006 & 2007. Fry has adjacent parking and connections to the campus residential network. Fry is also located near a sand volleyball court and outdoor basketball courts. Each apartment is air conditioned and carpeted.
  • KellyKelly is an apartment-style residence complex that houses about 180 upperclass students in its 41 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Kelly was updated during the summer of 2012. There is a computer lab, and it has an adjacent parking lot and a sand volleyball court nearby, and also a grill and picnic table. Each apartment is air conditioned, carpeted, and connected to the campus residential network.
  • MellingerMellinger is an apartment-style residence complex that houses about 180 upperclass students in its 41 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Mellinger houses the apartment storage room. It also has adjacent parking, a computer lab, a grill and picnic table, air conditioning, carpeting, and is connected to the campus residential network. Mellinger also has close access to a sand volleyball court just behind its parking lot.
  • SmithSmith is an apartment-style residence complex that houses about 150 upperclass students in its 36 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Smith is the closest residence to Sollenberger Sports Center and Eisenhower Campus Center. The apartments have air conditioning, carpeting, and connections to the campus residential network. Smith is located adjacent to the main entrance, and next to Miller residence hall.
