All graduates have automatic extended stay, giving you access to select a check-out time on Saturday or Sunday morning. Grauation weekend check-out times are as follows:
Saturday, May 6:
· 7:30am-8:30am
· 1:00pm-2:00pm
· 2:00pm-3:00pm
· 3:00pm-4:00pm
· 4:00pm-5:00pm
· 6:00pm-7:00pm
· 7:00pm-8:00pm
Sunday, May 7
· 8:00am-10:00am
· 10:00am - 11:30am *Summer On-Campus Residents Check-Out Time ONLY*
- Please sign up for a check-out by following the steps outlined in communication from your RD and RA.
All Campus Residences close at 10am on Sunday, May 7.
You MUST sign up for a check-out appointment by April 27th at noon. Changes can be made until May 3rd if made 24 hours in advance.
Cleaning Expectation – We expect you to clean your apartment/room to the condition it was when you moved-in initially. You will be provided with instructions on how to clean the apartment and a division of labor among the roommates.
Traffic – On graduation day, you should anticipate long traffic lines and parking will be limited. You will NOT be able to bring your car to the front of your building until later afternoon on Saturday. We strongly encourage seniors to pack their vehicles prior to commencement to expedite the moving process.
Staying on Campus is a Privilege - all policies apply throughout hall closing weekend. Drinking on or off campus could result in forfeiting the privilege to live on campus, and could compromise a seniors' ability to participate in graduation ceremonies.
